Terms and Conditions:
Any individual or entity receiving any product or service from PageBlitz.com Web Design shall hereafter be referred to as the Client. By accepting products and/or services provided by PageBlitz.com Web Design, the Client agrees to observe and abide by all of the provisions, terms, and requirements specified in this document.

1) PageBlitz.com Web Design shall bill the Client for services rendered at the quoted cost at the time sold. Fifty percent (50%) of total cost must be paid prior to commencement or work. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is payable upon completion of the service. Accounts in default are subject to an interest charge of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.

2) Copyright of each site is released by PageBlitz.com and becomes the exclusive property of the client upon receipt of full payment

3) Design work is treated as confidential. No disclosures will be made by PageBlitz.com without permission.

4) The Client acknowledges and understands that PageBlitz.com Web Design exercises no control over the nature, content, or reliability of the information delivered to Client from the Internet.

5) The Client acknowledges that PageBlitz.com Web Design is not liable for any errors or interruption in Internet access service provided to the Client.

6) The front pages of all web pages designed by PageBlitz.com Web Design are subject to a small 'Designed by PageBlitz.com' graphic which links directly back to the PageBlitz.com site.

7) Under no circumstances shall PageBlitz.com Web Design be held responsible for damages or loss suffered by the Client, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, as a result of the Client's direct or indirect use of PageBlitz.com Web Design services including, but not limited to, errors, delays, loss of information, or interruptions in service caused by the Client's or PageBlitz.com Web Design's or a third party's negligence, fault, misconduct, or failure to perform.

8) Under no circumstances do any such errors, delays, loss of information, or interruptions in service nullify or modify this agreement or any other agreement or contract entered into by PageBlitz.com Web Design and the Client.

9) PageBlitz.com Web Design reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to the Client at any time.

10) All services may be terminated at any time. All terminations of service or service changes must be in writing to PageBlitz.com Web Design.

11) If the Client fails to pay for their service their web site links will be broken and made inaccessible until all payments due and all late fees have been paid. If the Client fails to pay three months after the due date, their web site will be removed from the server.

12) PageBlitz.com Web Design reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without further notice.
